Alp IŞIK is a seasoned professional in the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors, currently serving as the Türkiye İş Geliştirme Direktörü at Ava Labs since January 2025 and as a Partner & COO at RealWorks since July 2023. IŞIK holds a partner position at Muhabbit Capital, Turkey's first significant crypto venture capital firm, and has contributed as a Strategic Advisor at Enclave Markets from September 2022 to December 2024. Prior roles include partnering with Ledger and leading the Cryptoeconomics Research Team at BlockchainIST Center. IŞIK’s career also includes experience as a Product Manager at Ozan, Community Manager at BtcTurk, and Social Media Strategist at 3Dörtgen. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in fintech from Bahcesehir University and a prior degree from Işık University.
