Arvind Pokhriyal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Arvind began their career in 2003 as a Customer Care Support representative at Agies BPO, where they resolved customer inquiries and generated daily reports.
In 2005, Arvind joined citifinancial as an Assistant Manager for Sales & Distribution. Arvind led a team, arranged corporate activities, and provided training on product knowledge and sales techniques. Arvind stayed with the company until 2009.
From 2009 to 2012, Arvind worked at Thomas Cook India Ltd as a Foreign Exchange Manager. Arvind acquired new corporate clients, managed key accounts, and enhanced foreign exchange business in Delhi and Noida.
Arvind then joined Regus in 2012 as the General Manager for Eros Corp Tower, Nehru Place. Arvind generated profitable new business, managed the entire sales cycle, and retained existing client relationships. In 2016, they were promoted to Area Manager for Delhi, where they had overall responsibility for multiple Regus business centers.
In 2017, Arvind joined AVA Systems Signals as a Sales Manager, and in 2019, they became the Deputy General Manager for Sales and Service at AVA International Pvt. Ltd. In their current role, they head the direct sales, after-sales, and operations of two brands.
Throughout their career, Arvind has consistently demonstrated strong sales and leadership skills, contributing to the growth and profitability of the organizations they have worked for.
Arvind Pokhriyal completed their Executive Program in Strategic Sales Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a PGDBA in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from 2004 to 2006. In 2002 to 2004, Arvind earned a Diploma in Advance Software Technology from CMC Ltd. (TATA Group CO.). Arvind obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Dyal Singh College between 1998 and 2001. Arvind completed their Sr. Secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Gole Market from 1993 to 1998.
Additionally, Arvind has obtained several certifications, including Business-to-Business Sales, Marketing Tools: Digital Marketing, Sales: Closing Strategies, and Sales: Data-Driven Sales Management from various institutions such as LinkedIn and LinkedIn Learning Courses Review in 2020.
