Serpil Kuyucak is a professional with experience in financial services, venture capital, and digital transformation. Serpil is currently a Founding Member at Turkish Collective, where Serpil aims to assist Turkish startups in achieving global success. Previously, Serpil worked as an Operating Partner at AV8 Ventures, where Serpil played a key role in scaling financial and operational functions. Prior to that, Serpil served as the Chief of Staff to Allianz Group CDO, overseeing the implementation of digital transformation initiatives. With a background in financial reporting and auditing, Serpil has a strong foundation in IFRS standards and has worked with prominent companies in the insurance sector. Serpil is a graduate of Marmara University with a degree in Business Administration.
