Nicholas Kilhefner has extensive experience in operations management within the hospitality and audio-visual sectors. Since January 2015, Nicholas has served as the Director of Operations and Labor Coordinator at AV Leads, focusing on coordinating audio-visual labor for production and AV companies nationwide. Prior to this role, Nicholas was the General Manager at Taylor Gourmet from December 2011 to January 2015 and held the position of General Manager Training Leader at Potbelly Sandwich Works from January 2006 to December 2011. Nicholas graduated from Penn State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Hospitality Management.
