Brian Utley is currently the Managing Partner at AV Capital, a private equity firm focused on partnering with founder-led businesses. Brian also serves as the Board Chairman at TrueRoll, a company aiming to improve property tax accuracy through data science and automation. Previously, Brian was the Founder, President, and CEO of Periscope Holdings, Inc, a leading provider of procurement solutions to the public sector. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas.
