Brian Scott MBCS is an experienced consultant specializing in ServiceNow and IT service management, currently serving as a ServiceNow Consultant at Auxilion since April 2023, focusing on transitioning to TPSM ServiceNow and enhancing Operational Resilience. At EBRD, from October 2021 to present, Brian has driven advancements in their ServiceNow platform and supported key migrations.
