Michael Lochrin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality management, IT strategy, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Quality Manager for the Finance Reform Program at the Health Service Executive, Michael oversees the integration of legacy finance and procurement systems onto a unified SAP S/4 HANA platform. Michael's previous roles include being an Associate at The Grey Matters Network, a Customer Experience Manager at PacSana, and an IT Strategist for both an independent consultancy and ALONE, focusing on enhancing user experience and technology deployment for older persons. Michael's extensive career includes significant positions at OpenHydro, Dell Inc., and Ernst & Young Management Consultants, where expertise in SAP deployments and project management has been demonstrated. Michael holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from University College Dublin.
