Rinkle J. has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Rinkle started their career as a Student Intern at Offee, Orage Digital Private Limited in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Regional Operations Manager at EduBridge Learning Pvt. Ltd. From 2017 to 2017, they gained experience as a Junior Analyst at Innovizia Technologies. In 2018, they joined Citi as a Business Analyst. Rinkle then moved to CSI Group Inc. as a Business Analyst from 2019 to 2019. Following this, they worked at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. as a Business Analyst from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Business System Analyst at Auvenir, starting in 2020.

Rinkle J. completed a Master of Technology degree in Computer Science from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology, which took place from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Mission College Of Engineering, Navi Mumbai, spanning from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Rinkle J. also holds certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, obtained in September 2019, and in Foundation in Travel and Tourism with Amadeus. Rinkle also completed the Train the Trainer program offered by the National Skill Development Corporation.
