Michael Brown

Michael Brown has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Michael began their career as a Program Manager at Mental Health Systems in 2003. In 2011, they became a Campaign Manager & Fundraiser at Donor Services Group, where they raised millions of dollars for multiple large non-profit organizations. In 2013, they joined Innersource ~ Donna Eden & Energy Medicine as an Online Marketing Project Manager / Joint Venture (JV) Partner Manager, where they built Joint Venture (JV) partnerships with 300+ partners, ideated and designed over 100 A/B tested website landing and sales pages, and produced irresistible sales copy that led to over $1M in sales. In 2016, they became the Marketing Director at Bloom Into You.com, where they created, designed, planned, and executed more than 100 marketing funnels from Ad to landing page to follow up email autoresponders to sales page. In 2017, they worked as a Fundraising Consultant at Asian Health Services, where they assessed past fundraising strategies and results, developed and planned a data-driven fundraising strategy, and identified key potential donors. In 2018, they joined Cruise as a Remote Assistance Operations Coordinator, where they reviewed data to note issues and bucket issues into folders for review by Engineers, developed a triage process to break down common bugs, and created a debug channel inside of Slack for ongoing monitoring and improvement. Finally, in 2021, they began working at AutoX as an Autonomous Vehicle Operations | Triage | Teleoperations, where they identify, buckets, and escalates autonomous vehicle issues (bugs) to the engineering team, works in teams to take turns between driving, software monitoring and logging responsibilities, and providing remote assistance, and completes timely and detailed ride reports for the operations and engineering teams.

Michael Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from The George Washington University. Michael also has a Graduate School degree in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Michael has completed the Landmark Forum, Advanced Course, SELP Course, and Introduction to Leaders Program from Landmark in the field of Transformation.
