Michael McGinnis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Wearnes Hollingsworth Corp in 1995, where they focused on tool design and process development. Michael then joined JAE Electronics in 1998 as a Design Engineer, where they were responsible for product design and development. In 2010, they became the R&D Manager at Tri-Lin Industries, specializing in electromechanical components and systems. Since 2016, Michael has been working as a Sr. Application Engineer at Autosplice, Inc., overseeing new product development activities and collaborating with customers' engineering teams to develop custom solutions. Overall, they have extensive experience in product design, manufacturing, and research and development.

Michael McGinnis has a Master's Degree in Project Management from Western Carolina University. Michael also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from National University. Additionally, they have an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology from Orange Coast College. Michael has obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt from the Council for Six Sigma Certification and in Project Management from the Project Management Institute (MPM) through the PMI - Orange County Chapter.
