Kieran Bester has a diverse work experience. Kieran started working as a Developer at Absa in February 2016 and remained in this role until December 2021. In December 2021, they founded their own company, for which they served as a Founder until July 2022. In July 2022, they joined RedScreen (Pty) Ltd. as a Delivery Lead, but left the company in August 2022. Currently, they are working as a Lead Software Engineer at Autoscriber, starting in September 2022.

Kieran Bester's education history includes attending the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 2011 to 2014. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and another Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
