Yves Ouellet is an experienced leader in public administration and finance, currently serving as the PDG at Autorité des marchés financiers (Québec) since August 2023. Prior to this role, Yves held key positions including Secrétaire général for the Gouvernement du Québec from October 2018 to August 2023, and Président-directeur général at Société québécoise des infrastructures from May 2017 to October 2018. From September 2012 to April 2017, Yves served as Sous-ministre (secrétaire) at Conseil du trésor, gouvernement du Québec. Yves Ouellet holds a Maîtrise sciences en économie and a Baccalauréat en économie from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, completed between 1989 and 1994.
