Ousmane Moctar SOW is a consultant with experience in various technical roles, currently serving as a Consultant at Autorité de sûreté nucléaire (ASN) since July 2022 and at AEROW since December 2021. Previously, Ousmane held the position of Testeur d’applications at EDF from January 2022 to July 2022 and worked as Ingénieur Informatique / AMOA IT at SNCF Réseau from October 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included collecting and developing specific applications for the Engineering department using agile methodologies. Ousmane began the career as Apprenti Ingénieur Informatique focusing on the industrialization of applications and training users on developed tools. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Complex Systems Engineering from Université Paris-Est Créteil, along with a Bachelor's in Engineering Sciences with a focus on Electronics and Computer Engineering and a DUT in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing, all obtained from the same institution.
