Vonny Soesanto has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Capital Department Head at PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk since November 2021. In this role, responsibilities include managing HR processes such as talent acquisition, people and organization development, and payroll. Prior to this, Vonny was the Talent Acquisition Section Head at PT Adi Sarana Armada, Tbk (ASSA Rent) from November 2015 to November 2021, contributing to one of Indonesia's leading transportation services companies. Vonny began the career as a Commercial Training and Development Specialist at SOHO Global Health from February 2011 to November 2015. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Satya Wacana Christian University, completed in 2011.
