Mạnh Cao's work experience includes positions at Autonomous Inc., TEKO Việt Nam, and VANTIX Inc., Vingroup Advanced Analytics. At Autonomous Inc., they are currently working as a Back-End Developer starting in April 2022. At TEKO Việt Nam, they were a Back-End Developer from August 2021 to March 2022, where they developed and maintained a centralized logging system and processed approximately 30 million logs per day. At VANTIX Inc., Vingroup Advanced Analytics, they worked as a Data Science Intern from August 2020 to March 2021, contributing to the VinHR project by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data, as well as building a web-based tool for annotating time-series datasets and training and analyzing models to increase accuracy.

Mạnh Cao completed their high school education at Vinh Phuc High School for Gifted from 2015 to 2018. Mạnh obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on Informatics.

Afterward, they enrolled at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Mạnh studied at the university from 2018 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Mạnh Cao obtained certifications in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Mạnh completed a course on Deep Learning from Coursera in January 2021 and a non-credit Machine Learning course authorized by Stanford University, offered through Coursera in April 2020.
