Raman Samoilenka has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Software Developer for an individual entrepreneur, developing a desktop application for sales assistance. Raman then joined the Design office of agricultural machinery construction "Gomselmash" as a Key Software Developer, specializing in integration solutions and blueprint construction. In 2010, they moved to SoftClub as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of web and desktop applications for financial management in the banking sector. In 2016, they joined EPAM Systems as a Software Engineer, working on a cloud-based SaaS suite for employee management. Raman then transitioned to EPAM Systems on-site at Google as a Senior Software Engineer from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Raman is working at Autonomic, where they first served as a Software Engineer III, then advanced to the position of Senior Software Engineer, and currently holds the role of Engineering Manager.

Raman Samoilenka completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 2007 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Programming Provided Of Information Technologies from Gomel State Machine-Building College from 2003 to 2007.

In addition, they have acquired various certifications throughout their career. Raman obtained certifications in Elastic Cloud Infrastructure: Containers and Services, Elastic Google Cloud Infrastructure: Scaling and Automation, Essential Google Cloud Infrastructure: Core Services, Essential Google Cloud Infrastructure: Foundation, Foundations of Project Management by Google, Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure, Project Management Simplified, and JAVA 8 PROGRAMMING (JAVA SE 8). These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Coursera, Lynda.com, and International Knowledge Measurement, with the most recent certification being obtained in August 2021.
