Matt Barile

Strategic Development Manager, Dealer Groups at automotiveMastermind

Matt Barile has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Matt began their career at Prestige BMW, where they held various roles such as Porter, Loaner rep, and BDC rep from June 2007 to February 2011. During this time, they excelled in customer service and grew customer pay sales. Matt then became a Service Advisor from March 2011 to August 2013, establishing a loyal customer base and maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Index.

In January 2014, Matt joined BMW of North America, LLC as a Customer Satisfaction Manager. Matt coached and advised dealers, field teams, and headquarters staff on customer satisfaction policies and procedures. Matt also collected and analyzed CSI survey data to create actionable recommendations for senior management.

Since 2016, Matt has been working at automotiveMastermind Inc. In their role as a Dealer Relations Manager from February 2016 to July 2018, they maintained relationships with dealers and supported their needs. Matt then became an Eastern Region Dealer Performance Manager from July 2018 to March 2020, followed by a role as a National Performance Manager from March 2020 to June 2021.

Currently, Matt is working as a Business Development Manager at automotiveMastermind Inc. since June 2021. In this role, they are responsible for acquiring new business and selling software solutions to large enterprise customers in the automotive retail space. Matt has achieved remarkable sales growth, quota attainment, and customer satisfaction. Matt also conducts performance reviews and provides customer feedback to internal stakeholders for technology enhancements.

Matt Barile attended Don Bosco Preparatory High School for an undisclosed period of time. Following high school, they pursued a Bachelors degree in Design and Interactive Media at Ramapo College of New Jersey. No specific start or end years are provided for either educational institution.
