Paula Sayers has extensive experience in the retail and automotive sectors, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at AIA Canada since April 2015. At Canadian Tire, Paula Sayers has held multiple leadership roles since March 2003, including Associate Vice President of Automotive Maintenance, where responsibilities encompass managing a $185 million business, overseeing product assortment, pricing, and marketing strategies, as well as fostering relationships with vendors and franchisees. Previous positions at Canadian Tire include Manager of Store Testing & Piloting and Associate Manager of Retail Operations. Paula Sayers began the career at Canadian Tire as a Computer Operator/Office Manager and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Western University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
