Jose Benoliel has held prominent positions in the transportation and financial sectors, currently serving as the Presidente do Conselho Fiscal and Presidente da Comissão Revisora de Contas at the Automóvel Club de Portugal since April 2015. Previously, Jose Benoliel served as Presidente of Comboios de Portugal, EPE from January 2008 to December 2012. Education includes a Licenciatura in Economics from the ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management (1962-1967) and a Master's degree in Transport Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (1988-1989).
