Previous roles include Manager of Professional Services at Zoom, where Dan oversaw teams implementing customer service automation software following Solvvy's acquisition, and Director of Solutions Consulting at Solvvy. Dan's expertise extends to SugarCRM as an Enterprise Team Lead, and Stoneridge Software as a Program Manager and Solution Architect, where Dan contributed to software development for the agriculture industry. Early experience includes sales roles at CampusPress and a background in education as a Band Director, establishing a successful music program at Davies High School. Dan holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Concordia College.
