Prasanna Radhakrishnan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and technical roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Automation Anywhere since February 2023, Prasanna focuses on Cloud Support operations, enhancing customer experience, and automating support processes. Previously, as Vice President at Goldman Sachs, Prasanna managed Global L1/L2 Production Support for the Consumer Digital Retail Banking division. With a history at Infosys as a Technology Lead and various engineering roles at companies such as SYSCOM Corporation and Accel Frontline Limited, Prasanna has developed a strong foundation in software engineering, testing, and support operations. Prasanna holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sri Sairam Engineering College, completed in 2004.
