Ron Mirick is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as President of RPM Industries and Service, LLC since August 2020, Ron specializes in servicing and repairing off-road equipment, particularly tractor maintenance. In addition, Ron holds the position of President at Automatic Systems, Inc. and previously worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Amsted Rail Griffin Wheel until April 2024. Earlier roles include Maintenance Engineer at Mueller Water Products, Senior Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, and Application Engineer positions in various companies. Notably, Ron managed operations at Turret Press Parts, LLC, focusing on high-quality replacement components, and led significant productivity improvements at Cass County Choppers, LLC.
