Richard Breland is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the industry, currently retired as of August 2023. Richard has worked at Automated Systems Design, Inc. since February 2022, overseeing multiple projects. Prior to this role, Richard spent nearly 17 years at AVISPL, also serving as a project manager. Richard's educational background includes completing studies at Covington High School from 1978 to 1981.
