Lokesh Firke has a significant work experience in the field of automation engineering. Lokesh started their career at Emerson in 2005, where they worked as a Lead Engineer for over 15 years. Their time at Emerson ended in March 2021. Later, they joined Automated Engineering Services, Inc. as a Lead Automation Engineer in April 2021. In April 2022, they were promoted to Principal Automation Engineer and served in this role until February 2023. After a short break, they resumed their position as Principal Automation Engineer at the same company in January 2023.

Lokesh Firke pursued higher education from 2003 to 2005 at COEP, where they obtained a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Instrumentation.
