Ravsaheb Deshmukh is a seasoned manufacturing professional with extensive experience in factory operations and project management. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Head at AUTOMAG INDIA PVT. LTD. since September 2020, Ravsaheb oversees all factory operations, focusing on the manufacturing of conveyors while ensuring delivery, quality, and cost efficiency. Prior to this role, Ravsaheb worked as a Factory Manager at THERMOPAC PROCESS ENGINEERING LLP, where key responsibilities included executing export skid-mounted projects for used oil refining. With a solid background at Larsen and Toubro as a Manufacturing Manager, Ravsaheb specialized in pressure vessels and heat exchangers for process plant equipment, emphasizing safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Beginning as a Project Engineer at AYOKI FABRICON PRIVATE LIMITED, Ravsaheb managed CFBC boiler erection and IBR-related work. Ravsaheb holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University.
