Gerardo Leon currently serves as Vice President of Operations for the Seatbelt division at Autoliv since November 2018, overseeing manufacturing plants in Mexico and Canada and leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives for the America region. Previously, Gerardo held various roles at Autoliv, including Plant Manager for Airbags, where responsibilities encompassed operations, financial management, and workforce oversight. Gerardo’s prior experience includes serving as a commercial partner at CREA Consultoría and working as an independent consultant in stock market analysis. Gerardo has an extensive educational background, holding an MBA in Finance and degrees in Industrial Engineering, along with numerous training courses in stock market analysis and language skills in Mandarin and French.
