Uttara Rajan is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of HR, People & Culture at AutoGrab since May 2024. Prior experience includes leading people and culture initiatives at Starshipit and holding the position of Human Resources Director at Hilton. Uttara has also overseen HR operations at Afterpay, where a merger with Touchcorp enhanced customer offerings. Previous roles include HR Management at American Apparel for the UK, Ireland, and Sweden, HR Advisor at Rentokil Initial, and HR Coordinator at The Wendy's Company. Uttara holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Management and Human Resources Management from Auckland University of Technology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Pacific Development from Massey University.
