Sima Megrel has held various roles in the marketing and communications field since 2010. Sima began their career as an Assistant Director of Sales for Habas Group in 2010. In 2011, they became a Communication Consultant for Vilder PR. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Communication Consultant and Account Manager for Zevik Dror PR, where they were responsible for creating and executing strategic PR and marketing communication work plans, producing press conferences, and managing multiple accounts. In 2014, they moved to Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal to become their Marketing Communications and Project Manager, where they were in charge of the firm's seminars, conferences, and webinars, as well as leading a full re-brand process and launching and managing a new global website. In 2017, Sima Megrel became the Marketing Director for Verifone, where they led a hands-on multi-channel marketing plan for both enterprises and SMBs, and was in charge of marketing communications and strategy, including brand development, collateral, email marketing, social, PR, events, and videos. In 2018, they were promoted to Head of Marketing at LawGeex, and in 2022, they became the VP of Marketing at Autofleet.

Sima Megrel obtained a Master's degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University between 2014 and 2015. Prior to that, they studied Communication and Political Science at Bar-Ilan University from 2008 to 2011.
