Voke Natasza Ararile is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at CanCap Group Inc. since December 2021. With a robust career spanning several roles at AutoCapital Canada Inc. from March 2015 to the present, including Senior Manager of People and Culture and Talent Acquisition Manager, Voke has developed extensive expertise in recruitment and human resource management. Previous experience includes serving as the CEO of Unicorn Search Group, where Voke provided virtual recruitment services, and roles at various notable organizations such as Hyundai Capital Canada, Reliance Home Comfort, and Carnival Cruise Lines. Voke holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Windsor.
