Tod Horton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Road Ranger for the Florida Department of Transportation since January 2022, Tod provides essential first responder services on the Interstate 75 corridor. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of Horton Family Properties LLC from January 2020 to March 2022, Tod facilitated businesses, personal vacations, and real estate opportunities in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Upstate New York. Tod co-founded and led Rolling Tire Shop from January 1992 until its ownership transition in January 2020, maintaining an advisory CEO role. Additional experience includes serving as Rome Township Supervisor for over a decade, chairing the regional American Car Care Council, and holding various managerial positions prior to founding the tire shop. Tod's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business from Elmira College.
