Rachel Phoenix is a Senior Product Designer at Auto Trader UK since June 2021, focusing on shaping the future of electric vehicles, discovery and core journeys, and design systems. Prior to this role, Rachel managed digital aspects, including user experience and marketing, as Website Manager at Geyser Ltd from August 2018 to June 2021. Rachel also served as a Commercial Analyst at Direct Heating Spares, where responsibilities included digital marketing strategy and content design. Earlier experience includes working as a Social Media Content Executive at Bupa and an Operations Manager at Cineworld Cinemas Ltd, where Rachel worked for over 13 years. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Bolton, completed in 2010.
