David Perez, MBA, is a highly experienced healthcare leader and certified coach with a strong background in operational excellence and service distinction. Currently serving as a Certified Coach at Better Your Busy since March 2020, David has successfully coached hundreds of physicians, leaders, and staff in communication and process improvement. Prior experience includes a role as Regional Director of Operations and Service Excellence at Baylor Scott & White Health, where David oversaw operations within one of the largest not-for-profit healthcare systems in the U.S. Additionally, David contributed as a Senior Project Manager, leading quality improvement initiatives, and served as a Respiratory Therapist at St. David's HealthCare. David holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care, both from Texas State University.
