Tom Harrison is an experienced leader in the social care and charitable sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Autism West Midlands since February 2023. Prior to this role, Tom held significant positions such as Director Of Operations and Business Development at Ambient Support, and Director of Supported Living at Midland Heart, where responsibilities included overseeing supported living services for individuals at risk of homelessness. Tom also served as CEO of Focus Birmingham, focusing on supporting people with sight loss and disabilities while ensuring strategic direction and governance. With a background that includes roles at RNID and Sense, Tom has developed a strong expertise in delivering care services and enhancing support for vulnerable populations.
