Cynthia Carroll has extensive experience in leadership and development within the non-profit sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Autism Nova Scotia since March 2008. Prior to this role, Cynthia held the position of Director of Development at the Parkinson's Society Maritime Region from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Cynthia served as Clinical Standards and Development at HomeBridge Youth Society from 1996 to 2006, contributing to the advancement of services and standards in youth support.
