Rebecca Tellez, M.A., currently serves as a Behavior Specialist at Autism Behavior Services, Inc. since September 2021, where responsibilities include determining behavior capabilities of clients and conducting functional behavioral assessments to design tailored interventions. Prior to this role, Rebecca was a Lead Registered Behavior Technician II at Essential Behavioral Support, Inc. from September 2019 to August 2021, providing care and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities in an adult residential setting while assisting clients in achieving their Individual Program Plans. Earlier experience includes a Direct Support Professional role at both Essential Behavioral Support, Inc. and Benson House, where assistance encompassed daily living activities and fostering supportive relationships with clients. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology and has degrees in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and Social and Behavioral Studies from Norco College.
