Paul Edwards has over 36 years of experience in the engineering field, currently serving as Regional Engineering Manager at William King Limited since July 2019 and previously as Engineering Manager at Automotive Insulations Ltd since September 2014. Edwards has held various roles including Process Engineer and Manufacturing Engineering Manager, demonstrating a strong background in process improvements and work plan scheduling to optimize key performance indicators. Previous experience includes positions at Trinity Mirror Printing Midlands, where process improvements were managed across sites, and Rover Group, where significant project management and precision engineering were key responsibilities. Edwards began as an apprentice, completing a full mechanical engineering apprenticeship, and has consistently contributed to team performance and issue resolution throughout a diverse career.
