Paul Danner has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Paul is currently the Chairman of the Board at CB Scientific, Inc. In 2013, they joined Authvia as a member of the Board of Directors, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Financial & Administrative Officer. Paul also served as the Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman at Sharps Technology, Inc. Paul was a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chairman at Restaurant.com | an RDE, Inc. company in 2019. Additionally, they served as a member of the Board of Directors at Pepex Biomedical in 2018. Prior to these roles, Danner held a position as the Managing Director at Destiny Partners Worldwide since 2007. Paul was a member of the Board of Directors at the Greater Jacksonville Area USO from 2013 to 2021. Danner has also held prominent positions in the MMA industry as the Chairman and CEO of Alliance MMA, Inc. from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they served as the CEO of China Crescent, a publicly-traded Information Technologies company. Danner's extensive professional experience is complemented by their service as a Captain in the United States Department of the Navy, where they retired after 31 years of service.

Paul Danner has a diverse education history. Paul obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Colorado State University between 1976 and 1979. Shortly after, they attended the Strome College of Business from 1983 to 1986 and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

In 1994, Paul attended the U.S. Naval War College, where they completed the Reserve Component Curriculum program. Paul also pursued further education at the National Defense University from 2003 to 2005, specializing in the Reserve Component Curriculum.

Additionally, Paul Danner obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 1976, they earned a commercial pilot's license with multi-engine and instrument ratings from the Federal Aviation Administration. Later on, they obtained several certifications from the United States Department of Defense, including Program Management (DAWIA LEVEL II) in October 2005 and Life Cycle Logistics (DAWIA LEVEL III) in September 2005. Paul also obtained the Defense Acquisition Corps certification in September 2006 from the United States Department of Defense. Finally, in 2012, they obtained the Senior Analyst | Subject Matter Expert certification in "Asia Pacific" and "Technological Trends" from Wikistrat.
