Madelaine Martin has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a teacher at Coweta Public Schools in 2013. In 2016, they started Madelaine Martin Consulting as an Administrative Consultant. In 2020, they took on the role of Executive Director at Permanent Diaper Relief. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at AuthorityTech.io as both the Director of Operations and an Account Relationship Manager.

Madelaine Martin obtained their Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from UMass Boston between 2010 and 2012. Madelaine then went on to pursue a Master's of Science in Teaching, Learning, and Leadership at Oklahoma State University, which they completed in 2015.
