Tom Swift currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Authority Brands since July 2023. With a strong background in operations, Tom has held significant roles including Chief Operating Officer at Mosquito Squad from November 2019 to September 2023 and at ASP Franchising, Inc. from January 2009 to November 2019, where ASP Franchising, Inc. serves as the parent company to the ASP Pool and Spa franchise system. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at America's Swimming Pool Company from 2008 to November 2019, and at ASP Pool and Spa Company from 2009 to 2010. Tom is also a longstanding member of APSP since 1998. Academically, Tom holds a Juris Doctorate from Mercer University - Walter F. George School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Presbyterian College. Further legal education was pursued at the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
