Smita Glosson currently serves as the Co-Facilitator for the Executive Nurse Leadership Academy at Cone Health, a position held since August 2021, focusing on leadership competency development. Additionally, since March 2021, Smita has been the Vice President of Nursing at AuthoraCare Collective. Prior to these roles, Smita spent a decade at Moses Cone Health System, concluding as Department Director in March 2021. Smita's educational background includes a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Nursing Administration from Old Dominion University, a Master of Healthcare Administration from Pfeiffer University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
