Kurt Cunningham has had an extensive work experience. In 2016, they joined Authentic8 as a Senior Account Executive & Strategic Account Manager, Account Executive, SMB Account Executive, Sales Development Team Lead, and Senior Sales Development Representative. In 2015, they worked as a Sales at hhgregg. From 2010 to 2015, they played professional basketball in two countries for five cities in five years. In 2007, they worked as an Outdoor Operations at Banbury Golf Course. In 2009, they worked as a SID/Gameday Operations at Boise State University.

Kurt Cunningham obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Boise State University in 2009. Kurt then went on to Idaho State University, where they earned their Master's Degree in Athletic Administration in 2010. In April 2020, they also obtained a certification in Filling the Funnel from JB Sales Training.
