Prior to this, they served as a Contract Chief Marketing Officer at 4D Strategic Services, providing brand and marketing strategy services to companies trying to break through to $10M in revenue. Veronica also founded and owned EPIC Leadership Development, focusing on developing empathetic and curious leadership traits.

Before that, Veronica was the Director of Marketing & Special Projects at Pond King Inc., where they successfully launched their e-commerce website, improved digital presence, and increased sales. Veronica utilized various tools and strategies such as Shopify, SEO, Google PPC campaigns, and HubSpot CRM software. Veronica'sefforts resulted in significant improvements in email open rates, PPC ROI, website conversion rates, and monthly website sales.
