Saloni Dhingra has a diverse work experience in HR roles. Saloni is currently the Head HR at Authbridge Research Services since 2015. In this role, they are responsible for various aspects of HR including talent acquisition, talent development, talent management, and talent engagement. Saloni also focuses on strategic HR initiatives aligned with the business and handles workforce planning. Prior to this, Saloni worked at HCL Technologies from 2006 to 2015. Saloni held roles such as Group Manager - Talent Acquisition, Deputy Manager - Human Resource, and Assistant Manager - L&D. In these roles, they managed campus recruitment, handled complete recruitment cycles, and implemented various engagement activities.

Saloni Dhingra completed their Master's degree in Psychology from Amity University between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kamla Nehru Mahavidyalaya from 2001 to 2004. Saloni completed their 12th Standard in Humanities/Humanistic Studies at Cambridge School, Noida from 2000 to 2001.
