Renate Schleger currently serves as Bereichsleitung Human Resources at Österreichisches Rotes Kreuz since October 2021. Previously, Renate held the position of HR Leitung at Loomis from February 2020 to September 2021 and worked as Senior Manager HR Services, Payroll & HR Systems at Magenta Telekom between October 2018 and January 2020. Renate's extensive experience in human resources also includes tenure at UPC Austria from February 1999 to September 2018, where roles included Head of People Services and Systems, Head of People Services & Systems AT + CH, and Human Resources Business Partner, Teamlead HR. Renate holds a Magister in Betriebswirtschaft from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), attained between 1994 and 1998, and a Diplomierte Mediatorin degree from Wifi Wien, completed from 2010 to 2012.
