Caroline Kispert is a Technical Fleet Purchaser at Austrian Airlines since March 2023, responsible for ensuring the availability of cabin parts for the fleet and managing maintenance operations. Previous experience includes supporting engineering and commercial activities for the Lufthansa Group and operational procurement internships, where Caroline was involved in various projects, such as the phase-in of Boeing 787-9 aircraft and cabin modifications. Prior roles included a Supply Chain Coordinator internship at Gebrüder Weiss, a Marketing Assistant position at Fachhochschule des BFI Wien, and a Transport Management internship at LKW WALTER, alongside early experience in warehousing. Caroline holds two Master's degrees in Aviation & Logistics, and Logistics & Air Traffic Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics & Transport Management.
