Andres Lyon is an experienced professional in the seafood industry, currently serving as Gerente General at Australis Seafoods since June 2022. Prior to this role, Lyon held the position of Director at Multi X from February 2021 to April 2022 and served as Gerente General at Multiexport Foods S.A. from January 2010 to January 2021. Lyon holds a degree in Ingeniero Civil de Industrias from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
