Aiden C. Fernandez has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Aiden C. started their career at GE Money in Melbourne, Australia, where they worked as a Front Line Associate and eventually became a Team Leader. From there, they moved to London, UK, and joined GE Money Home Lending as a Team Manager, overseeing telephone collectors and debt portfolios.
Following their time at GE Money, Aiden joined IBM as a Managing Consultant in the Strategy and Analytics area. Aiden C. excelled in this role, helping clients understand the consequences of business decisions and championing the simplification of complex problems. During their tenure at IBM, Aiden created significant billable work for the company within the insurance and banking sectors.
Aiden then worked at PA Consulting Group as a Principal Consultant, specializing in Business Intelligence & Analytics. Aiden C. contributed to finding solutions for complex issues affecting business and government, and actively participated in the collaborative and innovative culture of the company.
Seeking new opportunities, Aiden joined Salesforce as a Senior Principal High Touch Success Manager, where they played a crucial role in connecting companies with their customers and ensuring their success on the Salesforce platform.
Aiden C. then took on the role of Salesforce Practice Director at Waringa, where they led a team and directed the Salesforce practice in Australia.
Most recently, Aiden joined SEEK as the Salesforce Platform Owner and Centre of Excellence Leader for the APAC region. In this position, they were responsible for defining and delivering exceptional business and technology services for SEEK's customer relationship management across the region.
In the future, Aiden will be joining Australian Unity as the Group Head of Salesforce Technology, further expanding their expertise and contribution to the field.
Aiden C. Fernandez began their education in 2003 at Swinburne University of Technology, where they pursued an Advanced Diploma in International Business. They transferred to the same university in 2004 and deferred their Bachelor of Business Administration degree. In 2005, Aiden concluded their studies at Swinburne University of Technology.
In addition to their formal education, Aiden C. Fernandez obtained several certifications in Salesforce. In November 2017, they became a Salesforce Certified Administrator. In December 2017, Aiden achieved the certifications of Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, all from Salesforce.
