Nicole Webb is a seasoned communications professional and the CEO of The Impact Agency Australia since August 1999, where Nicole has guided the agency through the digital revolution while focusing on innovation. In addition to hosting 'Making an IMPACT' podcast, Nicole serves as a Board Member and Australian & New Zealand Representative for ECCO Global Communications Network, contributing to global PR strategies across multiple countries. Nicole's leadership extends to the Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP), where Nicole has held roles as Deputy Chair and former Chair of the Parent Committee. Previous experience includes significant positions at the Public Relations Institute of Australia, Universal Press, and the NSW Department of Mineral Resources, with an academic background in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Canberra.
