Christine Lindsey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Christine is currently working at the Australian Retirement Trust as the Practice Lead for Culture and Leadership. Prior to this, they were the Organisational Capability and Culture Specialist at the same company.
Before joining the Australian Retirement Trust, Christine worked at Cubic Transportation Systems as the Technical Training Manager. In this role, they managed the technical training team and implemented best practices for training delivery.
Christine also has experience working at Thiess, where they served as the Training Manager for Australia and the Pacific. Additionally, they held the role of Training and Development Advisor, focusing on global support services.
Earlier in their career, Christine worked at Mackay Regional Council as the Organisational Development Advisor and was involved in the Local Government Amalgamation Transition Project.
Christine Lindsey completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Australian Institute of Management in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of Human Resource Management from CQUniversity in 2011. In 2010, Christine earned a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from CCIQ, which was later upgraded to a TAE in 2012. Christine also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Australian Institute of Management. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Agile at Work, Building Change Capability for Managers, Gamification of Learning, and others from LinkedIn and the Australian Institute of Management.
