Emily Chou currently serves in a role focused on stakeholder engagement within the Cost Recovery Implementation Statement at the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority, a position held since June 2024. Prior experience includes managing events and stakeholder engagement at the Australian Renewable Energy Agency from July 2018 to April 2024, as well as serving as a Senior Client Manager where responsibilities included conducting contract negotiations for renewable energy projects. Additional experience encompasses positions within the Department of Education, Employment, and Workplace Relations, and the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Cities and Regional Development, covering areas such as communications, maritime policy, and ministerial services. Emily holds a Diploma of Arts in Asian Studies from the University of Sydney, a scholarship in Mandarin from National Taiwan Normal University, a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Biology from the University of Sydney, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration from the University of Canberra.
